Everything traders actually ask before buying. Something missing or wrong? support@wickfunded.com — we add it.

Before you buy

What is WICK FUNDED?+

WICK FUNDED is a fully simulated trading evaluation platform. You pick one of 3 tracks (1-Step Challenge, 2-Step Challenge or Instant Funded), in one of 6 account sizes ($5K to $200K), prove you can respect the risk rules, and get a simulated funded account.

Profits made in the simulated environment are converted into promotional USDT TRC20 payouts, following a profit-split ladder based on consecutive profitable months: 80% (months 1-3) → 85% (months 4-6) → 90% (months 7-12) → 95% (month 13+).

No real capital is exposed to markets: payouts are promotional rebates paid from the operator's treasury based on your simulated performance.

Simulated vs live trading — what's the difference?+

Your orders execute on our internal simulation engine, with real market prices and realistic spreads, across 15 symbols (forex, metals, crypto, oil). No order ever reaches a broker.

Profits are computed against our treasury and paid in USDT TRC20 as a promotional rebate — these are not investment returns. The profit-split follows a ladder based on consecutive profitable months (80% → 85% → 90% → 95%).

Legal stance: we are not a brokerage, not an investment service, and there is no custody of funds. The entire environment is promotional and simulated.

Is WICK FUNDED legal in my country?+

WICK FUNDED operates as a fully simulated environment. No real capital is exposed to markets and payouts are promotional rebates, not investment returns.

The platform is available in most countries, except jurisdictions under international sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.). You remain responsible for compliance with your own country's laws regarding receiving promotional crypto rebates.

If you're unsure about your situation, email support@wickfunded.com before purchasing.

Which track should I pick?+

There are 3 tracks, each available in all 6 sizes ($5K → $200K):

  • 1-Step Challenge — single phase. 10% target, 4% daily DD, 6% trailing max DD, 30% consistency, 5 min trading days, 60s min hold, ±2min news blackout, 1 lot/$10K. Prices: 5K $35 · 10K $59 · 25K $129 · 50K $199 · 100K $345 · 200K $689.
  • 2-Step Challenge — two phases. Targets 8% (P1) then 5% (P2), 5% daily DD, 10% trailing in P1 then fixed, 35% consistency, 5 days/phase, 30s min hold, ±2min news blackout, 2 lots/$10K. Prices: 5K $29 · 10K $49 · 25K $115 · 50K $179 · 100K $319 · 200K $629.
  • Instant Funded — no evaluation, start funded. First payout unlocks at +8% profit. 4% daily DD, 5% fixed max DD, 25% consistency, 10 trading days before first payout, 60s min hold, ±5min news blackout, lot scaling 0.5→1.5/$10K over 4 weeks, first payout cycle at 21 days. Prices: 5K $69 · 10K $179 · 25K $419 · 50K $659 · 100K $899 · 200K $1799.

Cautious beginner → 2-Step (wider DD). Want a fast path → 1-Step. Skip the evaluation → Instant Funded.

What account sizes are available?+

All 6 sizes are available on all 3 tracks, no exceptions: $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, $100K, $200K. No size is sold out or waitlisted.

The challenge fee scales with account size. Example on the 1-Step Challenge: 5K $35 · 10K $59 · 25K $129 · 50K $199 · 100K $345 · 200K $689 (2-Step is cheaper, Instant Funded is pricier since you start funded immediately).

The risk rules (DD, consistency, hold) depend on the track you choose, not the size.

How can I pay for my challenge?+

USDT TRC20 only. On order, you receive a unique wallet address. You send the exact amount for your chosen track and size, and your account auto-activates 1-3 minutes after on-chain confirmation (1 confirmation required).

No credit card, no PayPal, no bank transfer. All payouts also go out in USDT TRC20.

Final sale: all sales are final, no refunds. Question before paying? support@wickfunded.com

Can I get a refund?+

All sales are final. The challenge fee covers access to the software and the simulated environment, and is non-refundable once the order is confirmed on-chain.

This applies to all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded) and all 6 sizes. Since payment is in USDT TRC20, a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed.

Make sure you pick the right track and size before paying. If in doubt: support@wickfunded.com

Is there a free trial?+

No free trial, but a demo dashboard accessible without purchase: charts, indicators, drag-and-drop SL/TP, live ticker across the 15 symbols. You can explore the platform before buying.

Actual trading on a simulated funded account requires an active challenge — one of the 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step or Instant Funded). Since all sales are final, the demo dashboard is the right way to test the interface before choosing your track.

How many accounts can I have?+

You can hold several accounts in parallel, in any combination of the 3 tracks and 6 sizes. Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed.

Note: the profit-split ladder (80% → 85% → 90% → 95%) is account-bound and is calculated on that specific account's consecutive profitable months. It resets to 80% on each new account.

If you want to move from one track to another (e.g. from 2-Step to Instant Funded), there is no "switch": you simply buy a new account on the desired track. Questions? support@wickfunded.com

What's the minimum age to open an account?+

18 years minimum. KYC verifies your identity at your first payout request — not at purchase time. You can run the evaluation (1-Step or 2-Step) or trade an Instant Funded account without KYC, but no payout can be processed before identity verification. Applies across all 3 tracks and all 6 account sizes ($5K to $200K).

Is there a time limit to pass the challenge?+

No expiration date on the 1-Step and 2-Step evaluations. You can take weeks or months to hit your target(s) (10% on 1-Step; 8% then 5% on 2-Step). You only need to clear the minimum trading days (5 days on 1-Step, 5 days per phase on 2-Step). The only time constraint is inactivity: 30 days without a trade = account auto-closed (with reminder email at D-7). Instant Funded has no evaluation: you start funded, and the first payout unlocks at +8% profit after a minimum of 10 trading days.

Which instruments can I trade?+

15 symbols available across all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded) and every account size: 7 major FX pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, NZDUSD), 3 crosses (EURGBP, EURJPY, GBPJPY), 2 metals (XAUUSD, XAGUSD), USOIL, BTCUSD, ETHUSD. Spreads and pip values pre-configured per symbol. Fully simulated environment.

During the challenge

How are trading days counted?+

A trading day is validated as soon as at least one trade opens within a UTC day (00:00–23:59 UTC). Days without trades don't count.

Minimum trading days per track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: 5 trading days minimum.
  • 2-Step Challenge: 5 trading days minimum per phase (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
  • Instant Funded: 10 trading days minimum before your first payout.

The minimum is the same regardless of account size ($5K to $200K).

How does daily drawdown work?+

Daily drawdown is measured against the day's equity, relative to the highest point reached that day OR the start-of-day balance. If your equity drops more than your limit, it's a breach.

Daily DD limit per track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: 4%.
  • 2-Step Challenge: 5%.
  • Instant Funded: 4%.

The limit applies across all account sizes ($5K to $200K) and stays the same in evaluation as once funded.

Max DD: trailing or static?+

It depends on the track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: 6% trailing max DD — it follows your highest balance. If you go up then down, the threshold is computed from your peak.
  • 2-Step Challenge: 10% trailing max DD in Phase 1, then fixed for the rest (Phase 2 and the funded account).
  • Instant Funded: 5% FIXED max DD, locked from day one on the account's initial balance. It never moves.

Once you reach a funded account, the max DD is frozen on the funded account's initial balance.

Can I trade during news?+

A news blackout applies around high-impact announcements (NFP, CPI, FOMC, ECB, BoE, BoJ). Any trade opened within the window = automatic breach.

Blackout window per track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: ±2 min around the release.
  • 2-Step Challenge: ±2 min around the release.
  • Instant Funded: ±5 min around the release.

The news calendar is accessible from your dashboard.

Can I hold positions over the weekend?+

No. All open positions are automatically closed every Friday at 21:00 UTC — this is a weekend-gap protection, so you cannot carry a position across the weekend.

Why: at the Sunday-evening reopen the spread is typically 2–3× normal and price can open with a sharp gap that jumps past your stop-loss — your SL is not guaranteed across a weekend. The Friday auto-close removes that risk for you.

This is separate from the daily swap/rollover at 21:00 UTC (see the rollover question), which applies to overnight positions on weekdays — those are not closed.

Are EAs (Expert Advisors) allowed?+

Yes, EAs are allowed on all three tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded), with limits: no HFT (>50 orders/min), no latency arbitrage, no tick scalping (close <3s on >20% of trades). Automatic bot detection runs on the simulated engine.

Grid/martingale strategies are allowed but remain subject to your track's usual drawdown limits (daily DD and max DD). Since the environment is fully simulated, these constraints apply to every account.

Is copy trading allowed?+

Your own accounts only: you can copy your trades between WICK FUNDED accounts you own — across any track (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded) and any size from $5K to $200K.

Not allowed: copying another user's trades, public or paid signals, external MT4/MT5 master-slave copying.

Detected via cross-account pattern matching. The environment is fully simulated, so suspicious correlations between accounts are flagged automatically.

Can I hedge my positions?+

Same-symbol hedging forbidden (open buy + sell on EURUSD at the same time). The trade flag = immediate breach on that symbol, across all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded).

Cross-symbol hedging allowed (long USDJPY + long USDCHF for example — natural correlation, not hedging).

Auto-detected by the sim-engine. The rule is identical for every account size ($5K → $200K).

What are the min/max lot sizes?+

Minimum lot: 0.01 (micro lot) on all symbols.

Maximum lot: capped per track, proportional to account size (per $10K of balance):

  • 1-Step Challenge: 1 lot / $10K (e.g. $50K account → 5 lots max)
  • 2-Step Challenge: 2 lots / $10K (e.g. $50K account → 10 lots max)
  • Instant Funded: ramps up 0.5 → 1.5 lots / $10K over 4 weeks (anti-martingale ramp at the start of funding)

All 6 sizes ($5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, $100K, $200K) are available on every track, and the lot cap scales with the size you pick.

What's the consistency rule?+

No single day should account for too large a share of your total profit. The threshold depends on the track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: 30%
  • 2-Step Challenge: 35%
  • Instant Funded: 25%

Example on 1-Step: if your best day is more than 30% of the cycle's profit, the payout is deferred to the next cycle or goes through a manual consistency review.

The goal: prove steady performance, not a one-off lucky day. The rule applies identically across all account sizes ($5K → $200K).

At your profit target (during the challenge): if you hit your target but your biggest single day is still above the cap, your account is NOT breached — it stays active and you simply keep trading. As you book profit on other days, your biggest day becomes a smaller share of the total; once it is at or below the cap, you pass automatically. You never restart.

Track it live: Dashboard → Overview → Rule Status shows your current biggest-day %, your cap, and exactly how much more profit you need to make (on other days, without beating your current biggest day) to comply.

What breach types exist?+

Soft breach (warning): at 80% of drawdown used → push notif + email banner. At 90%, trade size is auto-limited by the sim-engine.

Hard breach: daily DD or max DD hit at 100% = account closed instantly, all positions flattened. No second chance.

Limits vary by track:

  • 1-Step: 4% daily DD, 6% trailing max DD
  • 2-Step: 5% daily DD, 10% trailing (phase 1) then fixed
  • Instant Funded: 4% daily DD, 5% FIXED max DD

There's no reinstatement after a breach: you start over by purchasing a new account on the track of your choice (6 sizes available). All sales are final, no refunds.

How does the profit-split ladder work?+

The profit split isn't a flat rate — it's a ladder that climbs with each consecutive profitable month on the same account (identical across all 3 tracks):

  • Months 1-3: 80%
  • Months 4-6: 85%
  • Months 7-12: 90%
  • Month 13+: 95%

The ladder is account-bound and resets on any new account. A non-profitable month breaks the progression.

Payout frequency nudges the rate slightly: weekly -5pp, bi-weekly = base, monthly +3pp (capped at 95%). Payouts in USDT TRC20, $50 minimum, every 14 days (first 21 days for Instant Funded).

What happens when I pass evaluation?+

As soon as you hit your profit target AND meet the minimum trading days, your account is marked passed.

Targets depend on the track:

  • 1-Step Challenge: 10% profit, 5 days min → you go straight to funded
  • 2-Step Challenge: 8% in phase 1 then 5% in phase 2, 5 days min per phase → you go funded after phase 2

(The Instant Funded track skips evaluation: you start funded immediately.)

Then there's 48h max of manual anti-abuse review (checks for no same-symbol hedging, no external copy, no bot pattern). Your funded account is auto-provisioned, and the profit-split ladder starts at the 80% tier.

How does the Phase 1 → Phase 2 transition work (2-Step)?+

Phase transitions only apply to the 2-Step Challenge track:

  • Phase 1: 8% profit target, 5 trading days min → once cleared, you get Phase 2 on a fresh account
  • Phase 2: 5% profit target, 5 days min → once cleared, you go funded

Both phases: 5% daily DD, 35% consistency, 30s min hold, ±2min news blackout, 2 lots / $10K. The 10% trailing drawdown applies in phase 1 then becomes fixed.

Note: the 1-Step Challenge track has a single phase (10% target, no transition), and Instant Funded skips evaluation entirely. To switch tracks you don't "upgrade" — you simply buy a new account on the track you want (6 sizes from $5K to $200K available).

What happens at 21:00 UTC rollover?+

At 21:00 UTC each business day, the sim-engine applies swap rates (overnight financing) to open positions. The spread widens ~2-5× for about 30 seconds. Any trade held across the rollover pays or receives swap.

This applies on all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded) and every account size. Overnight positions on weekdays are kept open — you simply pay or receive swap. The exception is Friday: at 21:00 UTC every open position is force-closed (weekend-gap protection), so no position is ever carried across the weekend.

Funded phase

When can I request my first payout?+

It depends on your track.

1-Step & 2-Step Challenge: once your funded account is active, your first payout is available after a minimum of 14 calendar days. No minimum profit required, but your track's consistency rule applies (30% on 1-Step, 35% on 2-Step).

Instant Funded: you start funded directly, but the first payout only unlocks at +8% simulated profit, and after a first cycle of 21 days (instead of 14). Minimum 10 trading days before the 1st payout. Consistency 25%.

KYC is mandatory before the first payout is processed (can be completed during the waiting window). Paid in USDT (TRC20), minimum $50.

What payout cycles are available?+

Three frequencies, identical across all 3 tracks:

  • Weekly: payout every week, but -5 percentage points on your profit split (cost of flexibility).
  • Bi-weekly (default): every 14 days, at your ladder's base rate.
  • Monthly: +3 percentage points on your split (capped at 95%).

Paid in USDT (TRC20), minimum $50 per payout. The bi-weekly cycle runs every 14 days; on Instant Funded the very first cycle is 21 days, then reverts to 14. You can change frequency anytime, outside a pending cycle.

How does the profit-split ladder work?+

The profit split isn't a flat rate: it's a ladder that climbs with your consecutive profitable months, identical across all 3 tracks.

  • T1 (months 1-3): 80%
  • T2 (months 4-6): 85%
  • T3 (months 7-12): 90%
  • T4 (month 13+): 95%

The tier is account-bound: it advances as long as you string together profitable months, and it resets when you start a new account. The split applies to the cycle's simulated profits.

Payout frequency adjusts the rate: Weekly -5 pts, Monthly +3 pts (95% cap).

How do my split and size grow over time?+

There's no automatic account-balance increase. Growth happens on two levers:

1. The profit-split ladder: your split climbs with consecutive profitable months: 80% (months 1-3) → 85% (months 4-6) → 90% (months 7-12) → 95% (month 13+). Account-bound, resets on a new account.

2. Instant Funded's lot ramp: on the Instant Funded track only, your allowed lot size scales gradually from 0.5 to 1.5 lots per $10K over the first 4 weeks. The 1-Step (1 lot/$10K) and 2-Step (2 lots/$10K) Challenges have a fixed lot cap.

To trade larger size, you simply buy a new account in a bigger size (up to $200K).

What happens if I breach in funded?+

Breaching the risk limits closes your funded account. The limits depend on your track:

  • 1-Step: 4% daily DD, 6% trailing max DD.
  • 2-Step: 5% daily DD, fixed max DD in funded (10% trailing in phase 1).
  • Instant Funded: 4% daily DD, 5% fixed max DD.

If you breach (daily or max DD hit): the account is closed. You keep your last valid payout (if one was pending). There's no free reset on a funded account: to restart, you buy a new account (any track, any size from $5K to $200K). The new account starts at the bottom of the split ladder (80%).

Can I have multiple funded accounts?+

Yes. You can buy and hold several accounts in parallel, across all tracks and sizes (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded, from $5K to $200K).

Each account is independent: its own risk tracking (daily/max DD), its own consistency rule, and its own rung on the profit-split ladder (which starts at 80% and climbs with THAT account's consecutive profitable months). A breach or closure on one account doesn't affect the others.

All 6 account sizes are available to purchase at any time.

Can I switch tracks mid-way?+

Track and size are locked in when you buy the account. You can't convert an existing account from one track to another (e.g. 2-Step to Instant Funded).

To trade on a different track or size, you simply buy a new account in the configuration you want. Nothing stops you from holding several accounts in parallel: for example a funded 1-Step and an Instant Funded at the same time.

All 3 tracks and all 6 sizes ($5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, $100K, $200K) are available to purchase.

What happens if my best day exceeds the consistency limit?+

Each track has its own consistency rule, which caps how much a single day can weigh in your total profit: 1-Step 30%, 2-Step 35%, Instant Funded 25%.

If your best day exceeds that threshold at payout time, three scenarios:

  • (a) Payout deferred to the next cycle: as you keep trading, the best-day percentage dilutes with new days.
  • (b) If recurring, a manual consistency review (abuse check).
  • (c) If abuse is confirmed, the best-day profit is deducted from the payout.

The idea: steady performance beats a single home-run.

What happens if I don't use my funded account?+

30 days without a trade = account auto-closed (reminder email at D-7). You lose any simulated profits still pending payout.

To keep a paused funded account active, one trade every 25 days is enough (minimal activity). No maintenance fees for an active funded account.

Reminder: the environment is fully simulated; payouts are promotional rebates paid from the operator's treasury based on your simulated performance, not investment returns.

How does the profit-split ladder work (and can I switch tracks)?+

There are no "tiers" to unlock or upgrade. Your split is set by a ladder based on consecutive profitable months, identical across all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded):

  • Months 1-3: 80%
  • Months 4-6: 85%
  • Months 7-12: 90%
  • Month 13+: 95%

The ladder is account-bound: a non-profitable month (or a new account) resets it. So you don't "upgrade" to a higher split — you climb it by staying profitable month after month.

Switching tracks? You don't migrate an account from one track to another. To trade a different model (e.g. move from 2-Step to Instant Funded), you buy a new account in the track you want. Each track is available in 6 sizes ($5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, $100K, $200K). Instant Funded starts already funded (no evaluation) with the first payout unlocking at +8% profit.

Payouts

Which payout methods?+

USDT TRC20 only. You provide your TRC20 wallet address in Settings → Payout wallet. No bank transfer, no SWIFT, no Wise. On-chain confirmation 30-90 seconds after send.

Minimum 50 USDT per payout. Cycles run every 14 days (Instant Funded has a 21-day first cycle before the first payout).

How long to receive my payout?+

Payouts are processed on 14-day cycles. For Instant Funded, the first cycle is 21 days (after you hit +8% profit, which unlocks the first payout). Once approved, arrival in your TRC20 wallet usually takes 2-5h (on-chain confirmation 30-90s after send).

You choose your frequency: Weekly (-5pp on the split), Bi-weekly (base rate), or Monthly (+3pp, capped at 95%).

If your KYC is pending, the payout is held until approval.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?+

50 USDT minimum. Below this threshold, profit rolls over to the next cycle. No maximum. For very large payouts (>10K USDT), processing may take 1-2 extra days of internal compliance review (anti-fraud).

My payout is blocked for KYC, what do I do?+

KYC onboarding in 2 minutes via Settings → Identity verification → Upload. Accepted documents: passport, ID card, driver's license (both sides). Review delay 24-48h. Once approved, your pending payout is released and sent on the next cycle (14-day cycles; 21 days for the Instant Funded first cycle).

Can I change my wallet address?+

Yes, anytime via Settings → Payout wallet. Important: you can't change it while a payout is pending. Change it BEFORE requesting your next payout. WICK doesn't verify wallet ownership — double-check your TRC20 address before saving.

Does WICK provide tax documents?+

No. USDT payouts are promotional rebates paid from the operator's treasury based on simulated performance — they are not employee income, not contractor income, and not investment returns. You receive a statement of all your payouts via Settings → Payout history (CSV export). Consult your local accountant for tax treatment (varies by country).

Are there fees on payouts?+

0% fees on the WICK side. TRC20 network fees (~1 USDT per tx) are covered by WICK. If you use an exchange (Binance, OKX) that charges an entry fee on USDT TRC20 deposits, that fee is between you and them — usually 0 or very low.

Note: accounts are a one-time purchase (e.g. 5K=$35 to 200K=$689 on 1-Step) and all sales are final, with no refunds.

My payout was rejected, why?+

Possible reasons: (1) consistency rule breached — your best day exceeds your track's limit (30% on 1-Step, 35% on 2-Step, 25% on Instant Funded), (2) suspicious activity (cross-account copy, bot pattern), (3) KYC issue (document flagged), (4) invalid TRC20 wallet address. The exact reason is shown in Dashboard → Payouts → the rejected entry. Reply to support@wickfunded.com to appeal.

Technical

How do I connect to MT5?+

WICK FUNDED uses its own web interface — no external MT4/MT5 needed. Everything happens in the dashboard: pro charts, drag SL/TP, indicators, multi-chart split, OrderForm. Faster, more stable, no bridge to configure. Same across all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded). Mobile PWA available (Add to Home Screen iOS/Android).

Is there a mobile app?+

PWA available now (Progressive Web App): open wickfunded.com on mobile Safari/Chrome → menu → Add to Home Screen. You get an icon like a native app. Push notifications, offline cache, full dashboard features. Native React Native iOS/Android app planned Q4 2026. Works across all tracks and all account sizes.

How do I enable 2FA?+

Settings → Two-factor authentication → Enable. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy or Bitwarden. Save the recovery codes (10 one-time-use codes). Strongly recommended on any funded account (Instant Funded, or an account passed via 1-Step / 2-Step) — it protects your payouts. Any questions: support@wickfunded.com.

What's the sim-engine latency?+

WebSocket tick stream: ~30-50ms median. Order execution: <100ms p99. Price feed: real-time aggregated institutional feed + interpolation for candle formation. The environment is fully simulated: no execution slippage is simulated by default. News blackout windows apply per track (±2 min on 1-Step and 2-Step, ±5 min on Instant Funded), and minimum hold time varies (60s on 1-Step and Instant Funded, 30s on 2-Step).

Which browsers are supported?+

Chrome 110+, Brave latest, Firefox 110+, Safari 16+, Edge 110+. Not supported: IE11, Opera Mini, in-app browsers (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok webview). For iOS PWA, use Safari (iOS Chrome = WebKit so also OK). No addon or extension required. Same across all 3 tracks and all account sizes.

What happens if I lose connection mid-trade?+

Open trades continue server-side — server-side SL/TP trigger even if you're disconnected. Reconnect to see state. If you didn't set a SL, your position stays open until: (a) you close it on return, (b) a drawdown limit is breached (daily DD or max DD depending on your track), (c) Friday auto-close. Same across all 3 tracks (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funded).

Account

How do I change my email?+

Settings → Account → Change email. You receive a confirmation link on the new email — click it within 1h to validate. Your data is preserved (challenges, funded accounts, payout history). 2FA stays active on the same device.

Need help? support@wickfunded.com.

I forgot my password+

On /login, click Forgot password → enter your email → you receive a reset link. Valid 1h. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support@wickfunded.com with proof of identity (passport + selfie) — 48h processing delay.

How do I delete my account?+

Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion becomes effective within 30 days (legal retention). During these 30 days, you can reactivate. After that, deletion is irreversible (challenges, funded accounts, payout logs, KYC docs purged). Pending payouts are sent before deletion.

Questions? support@wickfunded.com.

How do I switch between my accounts?+

An account switcher is always visible at the top of the dashboard (top bar). Click it to see all your accounts and pick one — every page (Overview, Trade, Journal, Analytics, Payouts…) instantly switches to that account. Your choice is remembered until you change it, even after you sign out. You can also manage all your accounts from Accounts in the menu.

How many accounts can I hold, and what happens at the limit?+

Up to 5 active evaluation challenges and 3 funded accounts at the same time, with a $300K combined cap across all your funded accounts (all sizes combined). At the limit, buying a new account of the same type is blocked until a slot frees up (breach, archive, or downsize). Breached/archived accounts don't count toward your active slots. The Accounts page shows your used capacity live (X/5, Y/3, $Z/$300K).

Do rules and payouts apply per-account or globally?+

Per account. Each account has its own rules (max drawdown, daily DD, target, trading days) and its own payout cycle — a breach on one account does not affect the others. Profits and payouts are computed independently per account. Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed (same trades mirrored), but each account is still evaluated separately on its own rules.
